Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal (14 days) As a consumer in the EU/EEA you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods. How to exercise it Notify us before the period ends — email support@swedexpress.store with a clear statement, or use the model form below. We confirm receipt. Ordered on: ____. Order number: ____. Name: ____. Address: ____. Date: ____." Returning the goods Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. Return goods in resaleable condition; you are liable for any diminished value from handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature and function. Refunds We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being notified — but may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. Refunds use the original payment method (Wise). Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, including laser-engraved items once production has started.
