These terms govern purchases from Swedexpress AB (org. 559276-1109, VAT SE559276110901), Badvikshöjden 4, 424 57 Gunnilse, Sweden, support@swedexpress.store. Prices and orders Prices are in SEK including VAT where applicable (EU 25%; non-EU 0% at checkout). If an obvious pricing error occurs we may cancel and refund the affected order. A binding contract forms when we confirm your order. Payment Card payments are processed by Wise. At in-person markets we also accept cash. Delivery Orders ship from Sweden. See our Shipping Policy for times, carriers and costs. Right of withdrawal and returns As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page for how to exercise it and the exceptions (e.g. personalised or engraved items). Complaints and disputes Email support@swedexpress.store with any complaint. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm; we follow ARN's recommendations. Liability and governing law Nothing here limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by Swedish law.
